How do I order?

There are several ways in which you can order from us:

How do I pay for the goods?

All the following methods are available:

  • By credit card, via email link to payment centre

  • By Pay Pal, via email link to payment centre

  • By cheque

  • By BACS. Our account details are : 00105147 Sort Code : 20-55-68

  • By Invoice : Applies to LA schools and resellers only.

 

 

Can I see the products before buying?

There are a few alternatives available:

  • Visiting our premises to view items prior to purchase

  • Call us to arrange a demonstration at your premises. This would not be possible in all parts of the country and for low value items.

  • Purchase the goods required and if they are unsuitable, then return them at customers own cost. A full refund will be issued, providing goods arrive back in perfect and re-saleable condition. See Returns Policy on Home Page for full details.

 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Providing we have not despatched your order it can be cancelled at any time. Once despatched our returns policy would apply. See Returns Policy on Home Page. It should be noted however that we try to despatch all orders within two working days.

Do I need an account?

No. We would automatically set one up with your first order, whoever you are.

  • For local authority schools and most departments we automatically offer a 30 day account.

  • For private sales payment is required with order

  • For Resellers payment is required with first order, then a 30 day account can be set up, following satisfactory references.

 

 

Do I need an official order?

We accept verbal, handwritten, emails and official purchase orders. There is an order form that can downloaded on the home page, if required.

Is there a guarantee?

We provide a 12 month guarantee on all non consumable products. This is valid from the date of invoice. This entitles the customer to the replacement of product or product parts or a full refund, as appropriate. (Markers and whiteboard fluid are examples of consumable products) For full details see our Terms and Conditions.
