How much does delivery cost?
The cost of delivery depends on the value of the order. The rates are as follows:

These rates apply to anywhere within England, Wales, lower and central Scotland. If you are situated outside these areas and therefore an additional charge has to be applied, we will ring you to let you know how much it will be before processing your order.

How long will it take?
We aim to despatch all goods within 5 working days from receipt of an order. If for any reason we are temporarily out of stock of any items, we will ring to let you know what has happened and when you can expect delivery.

Checking and signing for goods
Never accept goods, without first looking at the state of the outer carton and without retaining a signed copy of the carriers delivery note. If appropriate, add statements such as, "received in poor condition" and "contents of box unchecked" to the delivery notes before signing.

We offer a 12 month guarantee on all our non-consumable products*. This provides the consumer with a service that includes repair, replacement or money back on goods, depending on which is most appropriate.

Guarantee Terms
PERIOD
The guarantee period lasts for 12 months from the date of receipt of goods. (Not from the date when usage commences).
NOT COVERED
Products that have been accidentally or deliberately damaged, stolen or missing during the first 12 months of ownership are not covered under the terms of the guarantee.
NON-RETURN
Replacements or refunds cannot be provided if faulty goods cannot be returned.
COLLECTION
We must be contacted prior to the return of any products to establish the most suitable and safe method of return for them. Failure to do this would invalidate your guarantee. We normally arrange collection of goods using our carriers, or provide a refund for any postage costs incurred by the customer.
*CONSUMABLE GOODS
These are goods such as marker pens and cleaning fluid, where lifespan is normally determined by frequency of use rather than by age.
